Group Exercise Classes

We are proud to offer a wide-range of classes tailored to meet your unique needs.  Our instructors are highly skilled and patient. Every class is tailored to fit your fitness level...whether you are a fitness fanatic or just getting off the couch - YOU CAN DO IT!

​20-20-20-  Incorporates 3 sets of 20 minutes cardio vascular activity. Class will either be a combination of step, hi-low aerobics, kickboxing, strength, sculpt, core-work, abs or whatever else the instructor chooses.  Full body workout in an action packed hour.

BODYPUMP-  is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

KOR Power - Although this class is barefoot - don't let that fool you!  With focus on strength, balance, endurance and flexibility you are sure to workout muscles that you forgot you had!

KOR Kombat -This non-contact class is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn a ton of calories! No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude! 

WORK-ITWednesday- Combine cardio and strength training for a complete balanced approach to getting into shape and staying fit. Cross training uses selected equipment to achieve outstanding results. Includes weights,  step, balls, and bands, and anything else we can throw in there.  No two classes are alike and you are sure to get in a great workout!  Beginners welcome. 

P90X® LIVE - Power through full-body strength and cardio alongside others determined to reach their fitness goals with P90X®LIVE. P90X LIVE is a total-body workout that will keep your body guessing—and transforming—with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work.
PiYo® LIVE-  Pilates and yoga inspired moves crank up the speed to give you full-throttle cardio, strength, and flexibility training. Body weight is used to perform a series of continuous targeted moves. No weights/jumps, just hardcore results! Barefoot preferred. 

STEP IT UP -   Yes, Step aerobics has been around since the beginning of time - but we still love it!   Your instructor will lead you through basic moves on, next to, and all around the step to ramp up your heart rate and challenge your stamina...Depending on your step experience the moves can all be adjusted to your fitness level. Step still is proven to be a challenging and effective total body workout!  

STRONG by Zumba® - Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

SPIN - Indoor cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels.  Follow your instructor on a journey that will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn - If you like to sweat...THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU (be sure to bring a towel)! * PLEASE CALL A DAY BEFORE CLASS TO RESERVE YOUR BIKE

SPIN & STRENGTH-  This 45 minute class incorporates strength-training with cardiovascular on the spin bike. It’s a total body workout that keeps you moving on & off the bike. 

Yoga -  Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination with this combination of yoga and pilates. All levels are welcome. It will support whole-body functioning as well strength and endurance. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.​

ZUMBA® - An aerobic workout with pulsating Latin music incorporating footwork and body movements from salsa, meringue, belly dancing and other dances. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
